Welcome to the mentorship program offered by Vemari Rivera Group, LLC (referred to as "the Company," "we," "our," or "us") and Vemari Rivera By enrolling in and participating in this program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Our mentorship program is designed to provide guidance, tools, and strategies for personal and professional growth. Your commitment to the program is crucial for achieving desired outcomes. We strongly recommend that participants complete the program in its entirety to maximize its benefits.

 

3. No Refund Policy
By enrolling in the mentorship program, you acknowledge and agree that all payments made to the Company are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal or dissatisfaction with the program. We encourage you to review the program details thoroughly before committing.

 

4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule provided during enrollment. Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in suspension or termination of access to the program.

Participants are expected to actively engage in the program, complete assignments, and adhere to schedules and deadlines. The Company is not responsible for any lack of results due to non-participation or failure to follow program guidelines.

The mentorship program is provided "as is" without any guarantees of success or specific results. Vemari Rivera Group, LLC, Vemari Rivera or her team members shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or adverse outcomes resulting from participation in the program.

The Company reserves the right to terminate your enrollment in the mentorship program if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the program or its participants.

 

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Florida, USA.

  • 4 secciones, una semanal. 
  • 1 hora y 15 minutos semanal (tiempo estimado). 
  • Un día a la semana será programado para la reunión.
  • Plan diseñado a la medida. 
  • Se sugiere haber pasado por el programa introductorio de Mujer agarra el cetro. 
  • El cliente deberá renovarlo mensualmente de desear continuar con las mentorías.
